Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do when using PostPost (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP and are responsible for your team members’ and clients’ compliance with it.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create, upload, generate, store, or publish content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes illegal activity.
  • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
  • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or constitutes hate speech, or that incites violence or discrimination.
  • Is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or constitutes child sexual abuse material.
  • Contains malware, or is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Discloses another person’s private or personal information without authorization.
  • Is misleading about its origin or about who is publishing it, or impersonates any person or organization.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in inauthentic, manipulative, or deceptive engagement (for example, fake accounts, fake likes/followers, bot-driven activity, or coordinated manipulation).
  • Violate the terms, policies, automation rules, or rate limits of any connected social platform, or use the Service to circumvent their restrictions.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from any platform or person except as expressly permitted by that platform and applicable law.
  • Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, or in violation of advertising, consumer-protection, marketing (including anti-spam laws such as GDPR/ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, and CASL), or data-protection laws.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe or test its vulnerabilities without authorization, or bypass any access or usage limits.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law or the Terms.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing machine-learning model.

3. Use of AI features

When using AI-assisted generation, you must not create or distribute content that:

  • Spreads disinformation, or impersonates real individuals or entities in a deceptive or harmful way (including deceptive “deepfakes”).
  • Provides dangerous instructions (for example, weapons or illegal-drug manufacture) or facilitates serious harm.
  • Is presented as fact without your review, where it may mislead your audience.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI Output before it is published. Where required, disclose appropriately that content is AI-generated.

4. Compliance with connected platforms

Each social platform you connect has its own rules. You are responsible for complying with them, and you acknowledge that violations may result in your accounts being limited or suspended by the platform — which is outside our control.

5. Account security and fair use

Keep your credentials secure, do not share accounts in violation of plan terms, and do not impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Service or attempt to exceed your plan’s limits through automation or other means.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so.

7. Reporting abuse

To report content or conduct that may violate this AUP, contact us at support@postpost.app.
